What we hold, and what we do with it.

We store what you send us. Your name and email, any X or LinkedIn handle you add, your niche, platforms, availability, whether you will take agency work, your experience level, the rate you set, your portfolio and best-ad links, your two written answers, and your video.

We use it to evaluate you for placement with our client brands and agencies. That is the only purpose.

Your written answers are scored by an AI model from Anthropic as a first-pass filter, and then read by a person. The score orders a queue. It does not decide anything on its own, and no application is rejected by a model without a human reading it.

Your video is watched by a person only. It is never sent to an AI model.

Uploaded video is stored privately and has no public URL. It cannot be opened by anyone who happens to have a link, because no such link exists. Playback runs through a route that requires an active admin session, and it streams to us rather than handing out a file.

If you paste a link instead of uploading, that link is only as private as you have made it wherever it lives.

We store your name, email, company, website, your role, whether you are a brand or an agency, what you need, your monthly ad spend band, and your timeline.

We use it to work out which strategist to introduce you to and when, and to email you when there is someone worth introducing. Joining the waitlist does not put you on a marketing list, and we do not run a drip sequence.

Not to recruiters, not to data brokers, not to anyone, in any form, including aggregated or anonymised form.

A strategist’s details reach a specific client only when that strategist is a live candidate for that specific role and knows about it beforehand. We do not circulate the roster as a list.

The site runs on Vercel. The database is Neon. Video is stored in Vercel Blob. Email is sent through Resend. Application scoring runs through the Anthropic API. All of it sits in the United States.

These providers hold the data to run the service for us. None of them are permitted to use it for anything else.

The public pages set no cookies. There is no advertising pixel, no session replay, and no cross-site tracking anywhere on this site, which is why you were not asked to dismiss a consent banner.

One cookie exists, and it holds the admin login for whoever runs this site. It is never set on a visitor’s browser.

If we later add analytics, it will be a privacy-preserving product that does not use cookies or identify individual people, and this section will say so before it goes live.

Applications are kept while you are on the roster or under consideration, so that we are not asking you to reapply every time a role appears. If you are not placed and go quiet, we still keep it until you ask us not to, because roles surface at odd intervals and a year-old application is often still the right match.

Waitlist entries are kept until you ask to come off. If that is not what you want, the next section is one email.

Email hello@creativestrategists.io from the address you used, and we will send you everything we hold or delete it, whichever you asked for. No form, no retention offer, no follow-up questions.

Deletion removes the record and the video. We may keep a note that an application existed and was deleted, with no personal detail in it, so that we do not accidentally re-import you from an old export.

If any of this changes in a way that affects what we do with information we already hold, we will email the address we hold for you rather than quietly editing this page.
