The rules for using this site.

Creative Strategists is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY TO BE CONFIRMED]. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean that company, and “you” means whoever is using the site.

Using the site means you accept what is written here.

A description of a placement service, plus two intake forms: an application for creative strategists, and a waitlist for brands and agencies. There are no visitor accounts and nothing on this site is sold to you.

Submitting either form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, reserve anything, or oblige us to respond.

You confirm that what you tell us is true, that the work you point to is genuinely yours to claim, and that you are free to share it. Where you describe results, you confirm the numbers are real and that you are not disclosing anything a client told you to keep confidential. Deciding where that line sits is your call, not ours.

You keep ownership of everything you send. You give us permission to store it, review it, and show it to a specific client when you are a live candidate for a specific role and you know about it. Nothing else.

Applying costs nothing and never will. We do not charge strategists to apply, to sit the working session, to stay on the roster, or to be placed.

We are under no obligation to review, respond to, shortlist, or place anyone, and we can decline an application without giving a reason.

We introduce people. We do not employ the strategists on the roster and we are not a party to whatever you agree with them. If you hire someone we introduce, the working relationship, the contract, the pay, and the classification are between the two of you.

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial, or employment advice.

Fees, payment timing, any replacement guarantee, and the terms of an introduction live in a written agreement signed before a placement happens. Nothing on this website sets a price or creates an entitlement to one, and where the two ever disagree, the signed agreement wins.

Anything on the site describing typical market rates or ranges is general context about the wider market, not an offer or a quote.

Do not submit anything false, impersonate anyone, or apply on someone else’s behalf without their knowledge. Do not upload anything unlawful or anything you lack the rights to. Do not scrape the site, attempt to reach the admin area, probe it for weaknesses, or interfere with its operation.

We can remove any submission and refuse service to anyone, and we do not have to explain why.

The writing, design, and structure of this site belong to us. Quote it with attribution if it is useful to you. Do not republish it wholesale as your own.

The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption or free of errors, and we may change or remove any part of it at any time.

We try to keep what is written here accurate and current, and we will correct it when it is wrong.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, including lost profits, lost opportunities, or the outcome of a hire.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud.

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept the update.
