Senior creative strategist · 6 years · Meta and TikTok · DTC food and beauty · Can start in 2 weeks
Why we matched her to you
She has done your exact job twice: snack brands spending $80k to $200k a month on Meta, with a few UGC ads carrying the account. At both she set up the weekly testing loop and wrote the briefs for a team of three editors, which is the thing your brief said matters most.
Her answer: a losing account and one week
Everyone on the roster answers this same question.
- MondaySort the account by spend, not ROAS. Find which ads carry the budget and check frequency and CTR trend on each.
- TuesdayRead the comments and reviews on the top ads. Write down the three objections that keep coming up.
- WednesdayBrief three new concepts, one per objection, each with two hooks. Keep the winning format so only the angle changes.
- ThursdayLaunch at equal budget against control. Set the call in advance: a winner needs a lower CPA after $1,500 spend each.
- FridayKill what lost, iterate on what won, and write a one-page note on what we learned for next week's briefs.
Results, each with a baseline
We checked these against her ad account during the live session.
| What she tested | Control | Winner | Result |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hook: problem-first vs. founder story | Founder story, $38 CPA | Problem-first UGC | $29 CPA (−24%) over 3 weeks |
| Format: static comparison vs. carousel | Carousel, 0.9% CTR | Static comparison | 1.6% CTR, held for 6 weeks |
| Offer: free shipping vs. 20% off | 20% off | Free shipping over $40 | AOV up $9, conversion rate flat |
The live hour
We gave her an anonymized supplement account spending $90k a month, with CPA up 30% over six weeks. Within 20 minutes she had found that two ads were carrying most of the spend at a frequency above 4. She pulled three angles from the comments, and before the hour was up she had written a brief an editor could start on the same day.
What to ask her in your interview. She has less TikTok Shop experience than Daniel. She also prefers to work async, so agree early on how often you meet.
